Job summary

Apex Group in Guernsey seeks a Manager, Regulatory Applications to coordinate regulatory submissions for new and existing clients, liaising with legal counsel, GFSC, onboarding and compliance. You will work alongside the onboarding project manager on client integration in Guernsey, manage PQ forms and promotor files, provide status updates, and help develop best practices for onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of funds industry regulatory requirements.
• Experience with regulatory application processes in Guernsey.
• Familiarity with GFSC regulations and laws.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Project management experience is essential.
• Knowledge of GFSC portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the GFSC application process for new and existing clients.
• Liaise with clients, legal counsel, GFSC, onboarding and compliance.
• Work with onboarding to integrate new clients in Guernsey.
• Coordinate PQ Forms, promotor files and other deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams; attend project calls.
• Support in developing best practices and operating models for onboarding.
