Job summary

Apex Group in Jersey seeks a Manager/Vice President - Administration to lead a high performing team, sustain excellent client relationships and drive service excellence across fund administration operations.

You will ensure accurate SLA delivery, collaborate with Finance on time recording and billing, develop staff capabilities, and act as an Authorized Signatory to support regulatory and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a financial institution.
• Experience managing client relationships and SLAs.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong communication and discretion.
• Good knowledge of banking/administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing team with regular reviews.
• Build and sustain excellent client relationships and service levels.
• Ensure timely and accurate client reporting, billing, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on time tracking and WIP.
• Act as Authorized Signatory and manage regulatory applications with New Business.
