Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC. seeks a Compliance Officer to ensure licensed client entities meet GFSC obligations and regulatory requirements. You will oversee monitoring programmes, advise Boards, and act as the primary GFSC contact for regulatory matters within the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

You will design and maintain policies, manage risk assessments, and ensure timely reporting and awareness of sanctions regimes. Strong experience in Guernsey financial regulation is essential.

Qualifications

• GFSC-recognised compliance qualification preferred (e.g., ICA Certificate/Diploma in Compliance, CISI qualifications).
• 5 years’ relevant finance industry experience.
• 5 years’ experience within a compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the appointed Compliance Officer for licensed client entities under GFSC laws and applicable rules.
• Design, implement and maintain the compliance monitoring programme and report findings to Boards.
• Provide regulatory guidance to management and Boards on obligations.
• Prepare and present Management Information on compliance matters to Boards and internal reporting.
• Draft, maintain and review compliance policies and procedures to GFSC standards.
• Submit Annual Compliance Reports and act as primary GFSC contact for regulatory matters.
• Oversee sanctions screening and governance related to client entities.
