Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting a Welsh Speaking Registration Administrator on a temporary basis in Cardiff (CF10). The role combines administration, data management and customer service.

You will support customers by phone, email, and face-to-face while maintaining confidential records and processing registrations. The ideal candidate speaks fluent Welsh with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and experience using Microsoft Office and databases.

Are you a fluent Welsh speaker with strong administration and customer service skills? We are currently recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Registration Administrator to join a professional organisation on a temporary basis to start asap.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers, processing information accurately and making a positive contribution to a busy team.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining professional registration records, processing applications and providing excellent support to customers via telephone, email and occasionally face-to-face.

The role combines administration, data management and customer service, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with confidential information.
