Skycare is recruiting Registered Nurses for an 80-bed facility near Luton, offering day and night shifts. Positions available as full-time or part-time, with relocation considered.

The role requires UK nursing registration and a passion for delivering compassionate care to residents, while working within supportive team and undergoing comprehensive induction. You will assess patients, provide direct care, manage medications, maintain records, and coordinate with doctors and therapists.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with UK practice experience
• Valid NMC PIN in good standing
• Experience delivering care to elderly residents
• Strong communication with residents, families and healthcare team
• Willingness to work day or night shifts and adapt to a care-home setting
• DBS check clear or in process (fast-tracked)

Aufgaben

• Assess health problems, develop and update nursing care plans and maintain medical records
• Administer nursing care to residents including wound care and monitoring vital signs
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure safe administration
• Provide direct patient care, daily living support and compassionate communication
• Supervise junior staff and support workers, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations
• Document interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists and dietitians for resident care
• Contribute to induction and ongoing training for the team
