Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse experience is desirable
• Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents
• Experience working with the elderly
• Demonstrate understanding of relevant legislation in relation to the role
• Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
• Excellent knowledge of nursing practice and role requirements
• Valid NMC UK PIN with no restrictions
• Proven clinical experience is desirable
• Good communication at all levels with flexible approach
• DBS clear and 2 references obtained
• Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
• Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability

Aufgaben

• Assess health problems, develop and implement care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term residents.
• Provide direct patient care including wound care, bathing, feeding and vital signs monitoring.
• Document health status and maintain accurate records as required by regulations.
• Supervise and guide support staff and ensure safe, effective care.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and dietitians to optimise care.
