Skycare is seeking a Registered Nurse with UK experience to join our care home in the Luton area. The role supports residents in an 80-bed facility, with day and night shifts available and both full-time and part-time options. Relocation flexibility is welcome, with a competitive £18–£20 per hour depending on experience.

You will join a supportive team, receive induction, and have opportunities for career progression while maintaining high standards of care and patient dignity.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with UK experience.
• Experience with elderly in care home setting.
• Knowledge of NMC Code and accountability.
• Ability to work day or night shifts.
• DBS and references available.

Responsibilities

• Assess health problems and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Supervise nursing assistants and train junior staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
