Skycare is seeking Registered Nurses for an 80-bed care home near Luton. Roles include day or night shifts, full-time or part-time, with relocation options. Pay is £18-£20 per hour and breaks are paid.

You will join a supportive, development-focused team in a setting that values dignity and resident choice. The position requires RGN with valid NMC PIN, experience with the elderly, and a collaborative approach to care and family communication.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC UK PIN number without restrictions.
• Experience working with the elderly in a care setting.
• Ability to communicate well at all levels and with residents' families.
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety.
• Flexibility to cover day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess health problems, develop and implement care plans.
• Administer nursing care, monitor vital signs and treatments.
• Document medical records accurately and promptly.
• Supervise and guide junior staff and support workers.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and dietitians.
