Qualifications

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and administer nursing care to residents.
• Operate within NMC Code and manage care for long-term conditions.
• Supervise care team and identify development needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate interventions for complex needs.
• Provide 12-hour shift care and ensure safety during emergencies.
• Produce accurate records and support staff on a daily basis.
• Deliver high-quality care with calmness under pressure.
