Skycare is seeking a Registered General Nurse for night shifts (36 hours per week) in the United Kingdom. The role includes assessing patients, planning and delivering nursing care, and maintaining records in a care home setting.

Formación

• Hold a valid UK NMC pin.
• Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long term service users.
• Be professional and discreet in line with the NMC Code.
• Manage care for patients with long term health conditions.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate interventions for complex needs.
• Prioritise issues and intervene in emergencies as needed.
• Produce accurate records of interactions and consultations.
