Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC (NMC PIN) is essential.
• Experience delivering nursing care to elderly residents is preferred.
• Able to work day or night shifts and adapt to a care home setting.
• Strong communication with residents, families and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer nursing care and medications as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Supervise and support junior nursing staff and care workers.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families.
