Registered Nurse (Days). Priesty Fields Care Home

  • Hourly Rate : £22.77
  • Shifts : 3 shifts per week 8am-8pm
  • Contract : 36 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional person-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to meet the diverse needs of residents ensuring their safety comfort and dignity.
  • Administering medication and treatments in accordance with professional guidelines maintaining accurate records of all care provided.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the wider care team.
  • Monitoring residents’ conditions throughout the day responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
  • Leading and supervising care staff during day shifts ensuring excellent standards of care and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families fostering a trusting and compassionate environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.
