Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee supported living services across Cannock, Willenhall, and Stoke-on-Trent. You will ensure care plans are implemented to a high standard and lead care teams with a person-centred approach.

The role requires CQC knowledge, safeguarding understanding, and driving improvements across services. A Level 5 in Health & Social Care or higher is preferred, with qualification toward registration with CQC.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of all supported living services.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership to service teams, promoting high-quality, person-centred support.
• Carry out scheduled quality visits to each service to assess care delivery, staff practice, client wellbeing and compliance.
• Chair regular team meetings to maintain clear communication, consistency and team cohesion.
• Provide the Directors with regular service updates, performance reports and risk information.
