Job summary
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of supported living services in Cannock, Willenhall, and Stoke on Trent. You will ensure care plans are implemented, promote high standards of care, and provide regular updates to directors.
The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care and prior RM/Deputy RM experience, with a full UK driving licence for travel between services. Hybrid working and a car allowance are included.
Qualifications
- Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care or supported living.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection process.
- Understanding safeguarding, the Care Act 2014, MCA 2005 and DoLS.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operation of all supported living services.
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership to service teams and promote person-centred support.
- Carry out quality visits to assess care delivery, staff practice, wellbeing and compliance.
- Chair regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and cohesion.
- Provide Directors with service updates, performance reports and risk information.
