Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Cannock, Willenhall and Stoke-on-Trent, ensuring care plans are implemented and high standards of care are maintained.

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to travel between services. You will lead teams, monitor quality visits and report to Directors with regular performance updates.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care or supported living.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and DoLS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of all supported living services.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership to service teams and promote high-quality, person-centred support.
• Carry out scheduled quality visits to assess care delivery, staff practice and client wellbeing.
• Chair regular team meetings and provide Directors with regular updates and risk information.
