Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a reputable care provider in Cannock, Willenhall and Stoke-on-Trent to appoint an experienced Registered Manager to lead all supported living services with a focus on person-centred care and high standards. The role demands strong leadership, compliance with CQC requirements and effective liaison with commissioners.

You will travel between services, supervise teams, chair meetings, and report to Directors, with a salary of £45,000–£47,000 per year and a route

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care required or willingness to work towards.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection process.
• Safeguarding, the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and DoLS knowledge.
• Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour using least-restrictive approaches.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills; confidence engaging commissioners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of all supported living services.
• Provide hands-on leadership to service teams.
• Conduct scheduled quality visits to assess care delivery and compliance.
• Chair regular team meetings for clear communication and cohesion.
• Provide Directors with regular updates and risk information.
