Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the delivery of supported living services across Cannock, Willenhall and Stoke on Trent. You will ensure care plans are implemented and that high standards of care are maintained, with a focus on person-centred support and regulatory compliance.

You will lead day-to-day operations, support teams, and build strong relationships with commissioners and professionals.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required or in progress.
• Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care or supported living.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection process.
• Willingness to register with the CQC and enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of all supported living services.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership to service teams.
• Carry out scheduled quality visits and assess care delivery, staff practice and client wellbeing.
• Chair regular team meetings and provide updates to Directors.
