Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Registered Manager for our Supported Living service in Peterborough (Haddon Court). You will lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for people with learning disabilities and autism, helping them develop life skills and independence.

You will ensure consistent, compassionate care, maintain excellent CQC standards, and drive service improvements. A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification; Level 5 desirable.
• Strong operational and people management experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the team to deliver outstanding care.
• Oversee high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
