Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a capable care leader for Haddon Court in Peterborough to oversee a team delivering person-centred care to people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.

You will drive quality and governance, support a team of care workers, and build strong links with families and the wider community while maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings and inspiring excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 5 desirable.
• Strong operational and people management experience.
• Valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Passion for quality, person-centred care.
