Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Registered Manager to take dual registration of two services in Sutton, supporting a total of 11 people. The role requires a confident, values-driven leader with a proven CQC track record of Good or Outstanding across all domains.

You will be supported by an Area Manager and have autonomy to lead in your own style. The role emphasizes high-quality, person-centred care and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care with Level 5 desirable.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Passion for quality care and ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support, inspire, and develop your team of support workers, team leaders and a deputy manager to deliver outstanding care and support within this purpose built care home.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities, each with their own complex needs.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities.
