Job summary

Lifeways Sutton is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a supported living service for 7 adults with learning and physical disabilities. You’ll guide a dedicated staff team, maintain high quality care, and ensure compliance with CQC standards in a person-centred setting.

You’ll report to an Area Manager and have autonomy to shape the service, develop your team, and promote independence and meaningful outcomes for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification; Level 5 desirable or developing towards it.
• Strong operational and people management experience.
• UK driving license and willingness to travel locally.
• Passion for quality care and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop team to deliver outstanding care in a purpose-built home.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality care for individuals with LD, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with families and communities.
