• Manage staff to meet service users' needs and ensure coverage
• Ensure continuous, reliable, and consistent service delivery
• Oversee performance management and staff development
• Ensure compliance with CQC and commissioner standards
• Manage contracts and achieve planned outcomes
• Prevent and manage incidents effectively
• Provide staff supervision, coaching, and training
