Job summary

Creative Support seeks a proactive Registered Manager to lead the operation of a specialist registered care home in Witham, Essex. The service supports adults with learning and physical disabilities, including mobility issues, epilepsy, and dysphagia.

You will ensure the service remains of the highest quality, meeting CQC and contract requirements, demonstrated through robust quality and contract monitoring. You will manage care plans and deliver person-centred care across the home.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager in care sector.
• Ability to ensure high-quality care aligned with CQC requirements.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience with care plans and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and deployment of staff to meet service-user needs.
