Job summary

Forest Care Selection are working with a leading care and support provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a well-established learning disabilities service in the Dover area.

This role leads a residential care home for people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism, with a progressive provider that values quality, development and person-centred care. You will inspire a team, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability service, residential care or supported living setting.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
• A strong track record of leading, motivating and developing staff teams.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in running an established residential care home for people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism.
• Inspire, support and develop an experienced team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.
