National Care Group Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for our Primrose residential service in Morecambe. You will lead a small, 7-room service, ensuring person‑centred care and a high standard of governance in a homely environment.

The role requires leadership across a multi-site operation, with focus on quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance. A Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent and a driving licence are essential.

Competenze

• Experienced Registered Manager
• Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle required

Mansioni

• Lead the service and Wider team to ensure health and wellbeing of individuals and staff
• Deliver outstanding quality in line with legal, statutory and regulatory obligations
• Coach and mentor colleagues, leading from the front
• Manage annual leave, team meetings and training compliance across services
• Build relationships with families, external professionals and regulators
• Support smooth transition of new people into services from assessment to full potential
• Ensure clear documentation and support plans; produce timely reports for quality and compliance
