Job summary
Priory Group seeks a Registered Manager to oversee two new developments in Blackpool, Heron House and Stanley Mews, delivering outstanding care for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. This full-time role covers budgets, quality and compliance at two nearby homes.
You will lead a compassionate team, develop care plans, ensure safety and dignity, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards it.
- Experience as Registered Manager is preferable for a new development.
- Experience with mental health, learning disability or autism.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Lead, support, and develop the team to deliver person-centred care.
- Support assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
- Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence in all aspects of care.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
