Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Registered Manager for Primrose in Morecambe, overseeing 7 adults in a small, homely residential service. You will lead service managers, drive governance and quality, mentor staff, ensure CQC readiness, and foster person-centred care with strong relationships with families and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with learning disabilities and/or mental health or complex behaviours across multi-site settings.
• Established Registered Manager seeking a new challenge.
• Keen eye for detail with passion for quality and governance.
• Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or qualified via experience (support to achieve).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee service managers and teams to deliver person-centred care.
• Ensure health, wellbeing, quality and governance across services; comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Coach and mentor staff; lead by example and demonstrate best practices.
• Maintain oversight of operations, staff leave, meetings and training compliance.
• Build relationships with families, external professionals and regulators to support collaboration.
• Translate assessment into supported progression and documentation to enable care plans.
