Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a domiciliary care service in Brighton & Hove. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure CQC compliance and drive high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes.

The role offers substantial leadership responsibilities, opportunities to mentor CareGivers and office staff, and collaboration with the Managing Director. A Level 5 health and social care qualification and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager in adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance.
• Proven leadership and staff management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Support and develop CareGivers and the Office Team.
• Monitor care quality, compliance and service performance.
• Review care plans to ensure person-centred support.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and development.
• Build relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on operations and strategy.
