Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our Northumberland service portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality care for adults with varying needs.

You will supervise Deputy Managers and Senior Support Workers, manage budgets, drive improvements, and demonstrate strong knowledge of Health & Social Care regulations. A Level 5 Management qualification is required or you will pursue it with support.

Qualifications

• Must hold QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or be eligible for Level 5 Diploma.
• Proven experience in social care management and knowledge of the CQC framework.
• Strong leadership and financial management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the delivery of person-centred services within your defined area.
• Ensure effective financial administration of services and budgets.
• Oversee the operation of services, including staff allocation and management.
• Deliver excellent operational services and supervise Team Leaders.
• Provide high-quality support to people using the services and maintain compliance.
• Demonstrate organisational skills and financial acumen in daily workloads.
• Demonstrate experience in social care management and regulatory requirements.
