Arch Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Children’s Registered Manager for a residential home in Romford, Essex, to lead a team delivering high-quality care for children with emotional and behavioural needs. The role offers a salary of 60,000 per annum with a potential bonus up to 5,000 for Ofsted ratings/capacity and a further 5,000 profit share, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous Deputy Manager or Children’s Registered Manager level experience.
• Experience supporting children in Ofsted-regulated residential settings.

• Promote independence and person-centered planning.
• Encourage recreational activities inside and outside the community and advocate for service users.
