CareerMakers are recruiting an experienced Children's Registered Manager to lead a new Residential Care Home in the heart of Manchester, providing exceptional care and support for children & young people with various needs. Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential home.
• Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and support for children and young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and quality standards while driving continuous service improvement.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, professionals, and external agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes and promote independence.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Hours: Full time
