Role Overview
How would you feel about leading the most forward-thinking care model? Our homes are split into smaller households of between 9 and 12 people (typically), each household is self-contained, enabling all the activities of daily living, including cooking, to be carried out in that space. The way you lead this home will be different, are you ready to level up?
The Registered Manager will be responsible for creating a culture where people who live at Alder Lodge are at the heart of every decision, families feel listened to and supported, and team members are proud to work. You will lead from the front, build strong relationships within the local community and you will need to share our heart-centred approach to care and our belief that people should be live their best lives, it’s their way, every day!
