Qualifications

• Current Registered Manager experience within nursing and/or dementia care homes.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience of managing budgets, occupancy and the commercial aspects of a care home.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, emotionally intelligent and passionate about improving lives.

• Lead the opening and development of Alder Lodge.
• Provide visible, inspirational leadership to the team.

• Ensure high standards of heart-centred nursing and dementia care.
• Maintain CQC compliance and regulatory requirements.
