Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a luxury care home opening in early 2027. You will spearhead commissioning, mobilisation and the creation of a strong culture from day one, then supervise daily operations, quality, compliance and occupancy.

You will build a high-performing team, work with senior leaders on business development and ensure the service is fully prepared for CQC registration and ongoing inspection success.

Qualifications

• Proven commissioning or mobilisation experience in care services.
• Strong track record with CQC history and inspections.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning and mobilisation of the new service.
• Provide day-to-day leadership once open, driving quality and occupancy.
• Build a positive, person-centred culture from day one.
