We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a brand-new luxury care home in Chester, providing outstanding residential care and extra care within a setting designed to feel more like a five-star hotel than a traditional care home.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced care professional to join a new luxury care service from the outset and help establish its culture, reputation and standards.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, service, hospitality, compliance and resident experience.

You will lead and develop a professional care team, create a positive and aspirational culture, and ensure every resident receives genuinely personalised care in a beautiful, welcoming environment.

This is a highly visible leadership position and an opportunity to make a real impact on a brand-new luxury care home in Chester.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home.

• Work closely with families, residents and professionals to build strong relationships.

• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development of staff.

• Monitor care quality, audits, clinical governance and service improvement.

• Work collaboratively with hospitality, food, facilities and wider operational teams.

• Help establish the home's reputation as a leading luxury care destination in Chester.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who understands that exceptional care is about far more than simply meeting regulatory requirements.

You will ideally have a background in luxury care, premium residential care, high-end hospitality, boutique care or another environment where exceptional customer experience and attention to detail are fundamental.

You will be a confident and inspirational leader who can combine strong operational and regulatory knowledge with genuine warmth, empathy and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Essential:

• Previous experience managing a residential care, nursing care, extra care or similar regulated care service.

• Relevant NVQ/QCF qualification in Health & Social Care, ideally at Level 4/5 or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance.

• Experience leading, developing and motivating care teams.
