Qualifications

Registered Manager experience in adult social care with leadership responsibility.
Nurse-qualified (RGN or RMN) with clinical oversight.
Track record of achieving Good/Outstanding CQC ratings and improving services.
Strong commercial awareness: occupancy, budget, and local market positioning.
Hands-on, people-focused leader with excellent stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a circa 39-bed home delivering nursing, dementia, residential and respite care.
Recruit, mentor and develop staff, emphasising retention and succession.
Drive occupancy growth and financial performance while maintaining quality.
Oversee refurbishment plans and maintain a homely, person-centred environment.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, CQC, regulators and partners.
