• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the service, maintaining high standards of care and safety.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
• Manage budgets, resources and operational performance.
• Recruit, develop and support a motivated team of care professionals.
• Promote a person‑centred approach that respects residents’ choices, dignity and independence.
• Encourage residents to build life skills and participate in meaningful activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across the service and outcomes for residents.
