Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an NMC PIN, nursing degree, and demonstrable leadership in complex/community care with strong governance and communication skills. A UK driving licence is essential to travel across the region.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN and current registration.
- Experience leading clinical teams in complex care or community settings.
- Strong governance, compliance, and quality improvement knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical management of complex community care packages.
- Lead and support care teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Complete and review assessments, plans, and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate electronic records including medications.
- Collaborate with MDTs and ICBs to coordinate care.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to staff.
- Ensure governance, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in on-call rota providing clinical advice.
