Job summary
RJS Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Regional Nurse Manager to oversee community-based care packages across London for a reputable complex care provider. You will lead clinical teams, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive service development within a growing, multi-disciplinary environment.
The role offers strategic leadership with autonomy, a Monday–Friday pattern with on-call responsibilities, and strong emphasis on professional development and safeguarding in high-quality care
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN and eligible to practice in the UK.
- Experience in complex care or community services.
- Experience in clinical leadership/management.
- Strong governance and care planning knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex care packages in the community.
- Complete and review care plans and risk assessments.
- Undertake audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain electronic records and medication documentation.
- Collaborate with MDTs and ICBs to coordinate care.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to care teams.
- Participate in on-call rota for incidents.
