Job summary

JP Healthcare is seeking a Registered Manager for a children’s residential home in Daventry, Northamptonshire. You will lead a dedicated care team, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and uphold Ofsted safeguarding standards to deliver positive outcomes for young people.

We require a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it), strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication.

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Bonus (subject to confirmation)
