Chase Medical is recruiting a Registered Manager to reopen and lead a children's residential home in Andover, SP10, supporting young people aged 9-18 with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is required.
• At least two years' residential childcare experience.
• At least one year's supervisory or management experience.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.
• Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
• Lead, support and develop the care team.
• Work with therapists, families and external professionals.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and Ofsted compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You

Essential requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.


• At least two years' residential childcare experience.


• At least one year's supervisory or management experience.

Desirable

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards it.


• Previous Designated Safeguarding Lead experience.


• Experience attending reviews and writing reports.
