Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home in the South East of England. You will shape culture, develop exceptional teams and drive outstanding outcomes while ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Home Regulations.

You’ll lead with compassion, support staff to grow into future leaders and contribute to the organisation’s ambitious growth plans as the service expands across Kent and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted and Children’s Home Regulations.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD needs.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it.
• Proven ability to build, develop and retain strong teams.
• A leader who combines high standards with genuine care and compassion.
