Service Users: YPs with EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Experience in Years Required: 1+ year as Registered Manager (preferred), or significant Deputy Manager experience ready to step up

You’ll be passionate, resilient, and capable of leading a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.

Medium-sized children’s residential care provider with 100+ permanent staff and over 15 homes across the region. Homes include a mix of solo, dual, and 3-bed placements supporting young people with EBD and LD.
