Children's Home Manager

I have a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced deputy manager looking to step up, or an existing registered manager looking for a new challenge.

The vacancy is based in Oldham.

Salary:

• Earning potential of over 65,000
• Up to 60,000 salary
• + bonuses

Contract:

• Monday - Friday, 9-5, + on calls
• Full-time, permanent contract

Job Details:

• Children's Home Manager
• OFSTED registration
• Managing a new EBD home
• Managing staff team, ensuring the service is a safe and effective environment to create safe and effective
• Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards, whilst also implementing company policies and procedures
• Oldham based

Requirements:

• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
