We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 4 Bedded Children's EBD Home in Manchester.The role will involve overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that our young residents receive the highest standard of care in a supportive nurturing environment.

Salary: Up to £65k with annual rewards and recognition/KPI bonus scheme.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the home on a day to day basis
• Staff Management
• Working in accordance to Children Home Regulations
• Completing Annex A
• Conducting Audits of the Home
• Ensure Young People are Safeguarded
• Attending Professional Meetings
• Conducting Meetings with Social Workers
• Leading on Ofsted Inspections
• Conducting Audits
