We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a new, purpose-driven short breaks and respite, children's service based in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity to shape and lead a service that provides safe, nurturing, and supportive care to children in need.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the home
• Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards
• Develop and promote a strong safeguarding culture
• Support and develop a dedicated staff team
• Ensure children receive high-quality, individualized care during short-term or crisis placements

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years' experience in a senior role within a children's residential setting
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for delivering therapeutic, child-centered care
