Achieve together in Essex, United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on leading and developing staff, maintaining quality service delivery, budgeting, and effective communication with stakeholders to provide person-centred, accessible and reliable care that respects residents' dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must either have a level 5 or be willing to complete this
