Job summary

Pin Point Health & Social Care is seeking a Registered Manager for a CQC-registered domiciliary care service in Stockton-on-Tees. You will lead daily operations, ensure person-centred, safe care, and drive continuous quality improvements while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and relevant law.

The role requires proven experience in home care management, leadership skills, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it); a full UK

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a domiciliary care or home care service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience managing and developing care teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the CQC-registered Home Care service.
• Ensure safe, effective and person-centred care is delivered to all service users.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and all relevant legislation.
• Oversee quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare for CQC inspections and ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained.
• Lead, support and develop the care team through effective supervision, training and performance management.
• Work collaboratively with commissioners, healthcare professionals, families and external partners.
• Promote safeguarding, equality, dignity and person-centred care throughout the service.
• Manage staffing levels, resources and budgets effectively.
• Support the growth and development of the service while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for people.
• A full UK driving licence.
