Job summary

New Way Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for an elderly residential care service in Waterbeach, near Cambridge. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care, maintain CQC compliance, and drive continuous quality improvements while managing occupancy and budget.

The successful candidate will have CQC registration or eligibility, strong leadership, and a passion for improving resident outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an elderly residential or nursing care setting.
  • Registered with CQC or eligible to register.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
  • Proven leadership, people management and operational experience.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding resident outcomes through compassionate leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operation of a residential care service with person-centred care.
