Job summary

Sgs-Care-Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager in Warrington to lead a children's residential home, ensuring safe, nurturing, person-centred care and full regulatory compliance.

You will oversee both solo placement and multi-bed settings, driving high-quality services for children with complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and leading a dedicated team to deliver positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (required).
• Eligible for Ofsted Registered Manager registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare management or a senior supervisory role.
• Proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for children with complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulatory standards, the Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the children's residential home.
• Ensure safe, nurturing and person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Lead solo placement and multi-bed home settings and adapt support to young people’s needs.

Salary: £50,000–£70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance bonuses

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week with a flexible working pattern

Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children's Residential Home

Service Users: Children and young people with complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), supported within solo placements and multi-bed residential homes
